This coin's obverse pictures Napoleon Bonaparte (b1769-d1821)as Emperor with the bare bust. At the base of the bust is the name DROZ. Below the base of the bust is the engraver's mark the initials Tr for Tiolier. The reverse has the denomination 20 FRANCS in the centre encircled by a wreath and the French legend REPUBLIQUE FRANÇAISE (French Republic) with the date 1807 at the bottom with the mintmark A to the right (for the Paris mint) and the cock privy mark to the left.
