The obverse features the Machin portrait of Queen Elizabeth II (b1926-)with her title ELIZABETH II and the country's name FIJI and the date 1974 around the periphery.  The reverse feature a Fijian indigenous man with the legend 1oo th ANNIVERSARY OF CESSION TO GREAT BRITAIN 187401974 and the denomination $100 around the periphery.
